Quick and easy. I walked in, filled out an application, was called the same day and had an interview scheduled for the very next day. Standard interview process. It lasted about 15 minutes. I was asked to talk about myself, how would I handle difficult/drunk costumers, the do's and don'ts about the job position and why I wanted to work there and a couple of days later I was offered a job.
