I interviewed for a role on the AI Success team and made it to the final round. The process was demanding and included take-home assignments (one at the beginning, which was more straightforward, and another towards the end, which was fun, but more involving), behavioral screens, and case interviews simulating real-world client scenarios.
Although I did not get the role, I enjoyed the overall process, and walked away impressed by the company culture and the team. The product is cutting-edge (RL + Contextual MAB), and the recruiter made things smooth and kept me updated promptly. The process was a heavy time commitment (7 conversations + 2 assignments), but it gave me a very clear picture of what's expected. I did get a great role at another company, but I recommend giving the OfferFit team at Braze a shot.
