I applied online and the entire process took less than 2 weeks (from my first interview to the offer). I interviewed at Braze (San Francisco). This was one of the best experiences I have had - both in terms of the interview and the hiring process. My first round was with the hiring manager who was extremely proactive and positive. It was obvious that she genuinely cares about her team and wants to ensure that there is a culture fit for any potential new employees. The second round had more detailed questions from another team member followed by a challenging project with a panel related to the company’s products. For me this project was a professional and unbiased method for both the candidate and the company to mutually understand if this role would be a good fit. I received the offer within 2 days of my final round. Everybody on the team (the hiring manager as well as the HR team) was always very prompt, kind, and helpful. Overall the interview process was extremely positive and incentivized me greatly to be a part of Braze.
