Initially spoke with a recruiter followed by a phone call and meeting with the founder. After what seemed to be a great meeting and was SPECIFICALLY told that they would move me on to the next step I then hear from the recruiter that they will not be moving forward because I bad-mouthed my last company which was not true. Even if I had a bad experience with prior companies I'm smart enough to know that you NEVER bad-mouth past employers. Was mis-led by the founder in the interviewing process which reflects poorly on how the company operates.
