Brenham Heritage Museum interview questions

During the interview, it became apparent that the Board of Directors is divided on whether they even want to fill this position. The faction in favor of creating the position of paid Executive Director currently has the upper hand, but the faction opposed includes several founders, and one of the city's monied families. I have great sympathy for whoever finally got that job... a tough balancing act.
