Not a bad interview process -- Average interview process with behavioral questions I personally had a good experience interviewing here. I interviewed for the DC office and overall had a good experience.
I interviewed at Brennan Center for Justice (Washington, DC)
Interview
Straightforward, standard interview, lasted about 45 minutes. Asked about expertise in Brennan Center topics, past experiences, generic interview questions like "tell me about yourself" but nothing tricky. Lots of time to ask them questions, too.

Question 1
Tell us about yourself, tell us about interest in BCJ and specific team
Very short interview with curious questions - I found some of the questions to have kind of confusing wording and it seemed like they weren't really super interested to be interviewing me
