The interview was fairly similar to any other service industry position. Asked me why I wanted to work there, what my background was, what I was passionate about. For the most part it was fairly easy, and they have an HR person interview you, at least with the new restaurant that I was applying for.

Hiring manager was very unprofessional and burped during the interview. They had me wait over 15 minutes for our scheduled appointment which was not during peak hours. No professionalism or true interest shown from the manager if it didn’t pertain to talking about himself
