This was probably the best interview experience I have ever had. I found out about the internship through a contact at my university, who then put me in touch with a non-profit marketing agency. I submitted my resume through the agency and received an interview the next day. During the interview, I met with four VPs of the company for 30 minutes to an hour each. They were very friendly and honest about the company's history and highs and lows. The VPs really wanted to make sure this internship would give me what I was looking for. I was made an offer with a higher pay than what was on the internship description immediately after the interviews.
