The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bridgewater Associates (Westport, CT) in Aug 2017
Interview
A bit weird. First interview was great, I just discussed with an interviewer the ways we could reform the donor system in the US. The, we watched these videos on culture...a bit cult-y. Finally, the group interviews were rough. Hard to sit in a room with strangers and exchange ideas with no chemistry established.

Question 1
How can we reform the organ donor system in the US?
First round with HR.
Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.
