Fun process, however an offer was extended to a girl who seemed less adept than some of the others in the panel. The company makes it seem like the interview is all that matters, but the underlying resume / cover letter must have been a factor as well.

Started with a call with the hiring manager and an assignment to kick-start the process. However, the role was eventually taken off the market. The assignment had three essay-like questions, including one company case-study

Something along the lines of... Describe why you thought a particular investment issue is important for investors and clients
Every interview is recorded. You're put in a room with other candidates who are also interviewing for the same role as you (ie your competitors) for group interviews in the morning. If you're lucky, you make it to the afternoon interviews - which are done 1x1.
