It was a great interview process. First I was called by HR for a phone screening, then a phone interview with the hiring manager, afterwards I had two zoom meeting interviews, one being more conversational and an overview of my resume and experience, while the last one was a way to see how I think and operate. During the last zoom interview I was shown a pdf at the top of the call that contained several emails that hypothetically came into my inbox. They asked me to talk them through how I would respond to and handle the emails, and which ones I would prioritize first. I believe this was a good way for them to hear my thought process and problem solving skills in real time. I didn’t hear back right away from HR but they followed up with me after I emailed them to inquire about an update.
