Applied online, received callback. Asked to complete online personality/values assessment. Asked to go to CT office for in person interview. Did one-on-one and group interview. Asked to return for a second round of that.

First round with HR.
Second round is a group discussion. Given a topic, there is no right or wrong. I think they are trying to understand your thinking process and how you deal with problems.

HR screen about you and your background, group discussion where you discuss an abstract philosophical question (e.g do you tax happiness, if you could make everyone believe one fact what would it be), analytical interview

Analytical debate and then further rounds discussing quantitative problems, analytical studies, etc. etc. around 4 to 5 rounds in total and also questions on resume and experience etc etc. not super chill or super intensive, nothing much else to add
