I went through a head hunter to get the interview. I did not have to have a phone interview like the others I interviewed with. The interview process was a group setting with five candidates (all for different jobs within the same department) and three interviewers. They asked questions ranging from previous work experience to how you would fit into the Bridgewater culture. A lot of the questions were definitely in an attempt to gauge your personality and to see if you are the "right" fit for their company.
I felt more prepared then some of the other candidates as I had been coached on what type of questions I would have and had answers prepared. I was not offered the job. There feedback was essentially that I was not the right fit for them. Each interviewer was very nice, but I noticed that they all had only been with BW for under a year. I had heard that employees do not last in the company very long. The one thing I wasn't happy about was none of the interviewers were from the Mailroom department, so it was difficult to explain or relate to the interviewers and they also never asked me a direct question about my department. Others in the interview process were asked directly how they would handle specific situations pertaining to their job responsibilities.
