I was in a room with other candidates for two different facilities positions. The interview consisted of a debate about what if organ donation was part of free market system? While I understand bridgewater culture of debate but not one part of the interview focused on my career or how I could add value to bridgewater based on it. I would not work for bridgewater if they doubledy salary. I guess why they still have this position open basically all the time. You cannot hire quality candidate in my field with that being your criteria.

Was a group interview with some outside the box questions. Multiple people conducting the interview and multiple people receiving the interview a true group interview. At the end of the interview they went to another room and discussed if they wanted to speak one-on-one with anybody in my instance they did not.
