It was a panel interview with 4 people on the panel. 3 of the members off the panel were asking questions the 4th member was from human resources observing and making sure the questions were allowable. The members asking questions were what would have been my manager, a manager I would have been working with quite a bit and another manager that was there for feed back. I was asked questions such as why I wanted the job, why I was most qualified, I was asked what I would do when a problem arose. I was also asked about a previous job and a specific problem and what I did to intervene and solve the problem. I was asked if I had any questions. I was also asked to tell a little about myself. The interview itself lasted about 1 hour.
