They had you submit in a resume and a cover letter. It included two bosses and two current employees. They asked me specific questions and I was able to ask the employees what they thought. Very fun and was able to be myself during the interview.

Interview
Applied online, and was invited in to do an interview. Brought my resume and portfolio and went through it. We went over piece by piece and campaign by campaign what was done, why it was done, and how it was executed. Then a few questions were asked about how to implement things in my new job, and I was hired on the spot.
