Fairly low-key. I already knew a few people in that department, so it was helpful to have networked there before. They are very friendly in the interview process. It was great and I had a good experience with all of the department heads. Very kind people overall.
After applying a position, I got a background check request, and then an interview. I got an offer probably a day after the interview. But had to wait for the contract to be processed and approved. The entire process took me like several weeks.

Interview
I interviewed with the department chair and the committee that was put together to look over the applicants. The process was straight forward and very clear. Everyone in the initial hiring phase was very up front and open about what they were looking for.
