There were 2 interviews. First one was a general interview, partly technical. There were standard motivation/experience questions, as well as some technical ones. Technical question were mostly about networks (subnets, vlans) and Linux (Scripting, logs, strace). Second interview was assignment. They provided remote Linux environment and gave 5 troubleshooting tasks. Overall process from application to job offer was very short.

Initial phone screening was conversational and "get to know you" type questions. Some technical, but mostly "tell us about yourself" type questions. Second phone screening was a screen session with several problems to solve. The pressure to perform was there (as it always is when someone is watching!) but the interviewers were helpful in explaining what they were looking for.
