Interview
It was a very comfortable interview but very professional. I got a chance to walk in the classroom and get a feel for each of the rooms. The teachers were understanding about the process and helped me in understanding the classroom routine.

With the center director, she was very nice and kind; there was only one round of interview for me. Mainly ask about your experience with children. Received the offer the next day

Initial approximately 15 minute phone screen with recruiter. In person interview with center director occurred fairly quickly after passing phone screen. In person interview involved tour and an observation opportunity.
