Applied online, contacted for initial screening. Was told they want a quick turnaround only for them to take over a month to schedule the next interview. The interview felt very positive, going into details about the business and ways of working. Was told I would get a response within a week or so, again this was later and in the form of a generic rejection from their HR system. After waiting for so long and making an effort as a candidate I would expect more than an automated email.
