Interview was nice and effective, It didn't go on for too long but it was to the point and the questions I was asked were very clear and it all felt more like having a chat about my experience rather than been grilled on my answers.

Question 1
Have you ever had to deal with a difficult customer/prospect? How did you handle that situation?
Phone interview followed by a scheduled Microsoft Teams interview online where I got asked various questions for around 30 minutes. Interview wasn’t too taxing. My interviewers were really nice and didn’t ask too many tricky questions
