Well organised, initial telephone discussion, followed by a Teams face to face carried out by Clair who communicated well and described full Job specification in a friendly manner. On arriving for my interview I was welcomed and discussed further with the Director & CEO of the company the job role and background of the company and felt at ease and comfortable.
