It is a three part interview process. My first interview was with Mr. Myles. Mr. Myles, is truly a professional and is looks to bring on individuals who possess a similar sense of professionalism. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. In the interview Mr. Myles was clear in his expectations of the individuals he was looking to hire. I tried to match that with my own enthusiasm and professionalism. I didn't get a second interview, but I did get welcomed back for training on the following Monday morning. I am excited about the opportunity, and look forward to joining the team.
