Recruiting coordination (major concern): Communication from the recruiter was inconsistent throughout the process (missed calls, shifting timelines). I was explicitly told to expect feedback within a short timeframe after final interviews, but after multiple follow-ups, I received no response. Being completely ghosted after investing significant time in a multi-round process is unprofessional and disappointing. Overall, while the individuals I spoke with were polite, the process lacked rigor and coordination. Candidates should be prepared to ask very direct questions about role scope, expectations, and company direction—and be aware that communication during the process may be unreliable.
