BrightSpring Health Services Academic Instructor interview questions

Upon arriving I filled out some papers giving them the right to conduct background checks and a drug test. Next I had an interview with an older gentleman who asked me all the typical questions (strengths, weaknesses, teaching philosophy, etc). There was some question about whether a teaching certificate or not and the fellow said he'd need to ask his HR rep because I told him it wasn't listed in the job requirements. This is where he seemed to loose interest in what I was saying and it went downhill from there. The interview lasted about 30 minutes overall and was fairly comfortable.
