Interview
Very very long and involved. I had 3 phone interviews, 3 in person. One was a facetime interview, which was awkward and uncomfortable. The other was an interview with the VPGM and the regional manager. It was in a board room,not hard but you really need to be smart and nail the questions.

They would ask you to explain situations at your previous position. Not hard questions necessarily, but be prepared to know your stuff.
It was very easy and not terrible experience. First one was over the phone and wasn't hard at all. I have not heard back from them yet, but the overall experience has been pretty good so far.

Terrible, no process or order in the interview, the Sales Management team has no experience in the industry. The hole interview was done in a crowded office no space.
