1. Was provided a take home assessment exam.
- FE must be written in react
- BE can be written with anything as well as DB
- Application is a contact management system CRUD application
2. Had a technical round with 2 developers, 1 junior and 1 senior
- Basic walkthrough of the application discussing tech decisions and Tech Stack choices
- Deconstruct and reconstruct the solution emulating real world design changes like changing from zustand to redux.
3. Final interview with leadership, talked with the Director of Engineering and CTO.

Interview
The interview was in 3 rounds:
1. Take-home technical challenge with a subsequent review. It was focused on my hands-on coding skills. Instead of doing their challenge, I suggested that they review a challenge I did for another, company showcasing my tech skills, and they agreed.
2. A system design interview. I was asked to design a solution on an online whiteboard.
3. Values interview with their Head of Technology.
