1) Interview 1 | A 30 minute phone screen with recruiter
2) Recruiter's Assessment Test (urgent) - 180 questions over 38 minutes in 3 sections: 30 in 18 mins, 60 in 15 mins, 90 in 10 mins.
3) Interview 2 | Face to Face video conference with recruiter
4) Interview 3 | 30 minute phone interview with Brightfield (this was skipped for me)
5) Interview 4 | 90 minute in person interview (mine was three 30-minute interviews, 1 senior executive in each)
The role was somewhat unclear and remained so during the interview. The interviewers were interested to hear about various skills, not all relating to just managing the software implementation. The dialogue was great, but ultimately I failed to realize that among the wide range of content provided and questions asked, the interviewers were only interested in ~20% of their questions. I failed to catch this, continuing conversation with strong responses to low value questions asked and not steering back to communicating content they were truly interested in.
The company is small (40 employees) with high growth in 2019 from biz expansion and investment funding. Expanding to 80-100 in 2019.
From dialogue, I expected high growth, high responsibility, high stress, longer hours, while rewarding.
