I had a 30-minute call with a recruiter, an in-person interview with two team members in compliance, then two back-to-back interviews which focused on values and technical skill. The first interview took an hour, which focused on walking through my skill set, and discussing my involvement with the auditing process, and how it can relate to their specific needs. It felt like they weren't 100% sure what they needed and were looking for someone to come in and help build the auditing process from the ground up. There was a lot of focus on philanthropy, and individual contributions to community care. The process went extremely quick, over the course of 3 weeks and everyone was very kind and accommodating.
