Had a virtual interview. There were recorded questions that I had to video myself answering. They were the give me a scenario type questions. Followed by taking some memory games.
Pretty standard process with mostly short panels of multiple people at once. More conversational than demonstrative. Recruiter was easy to work with and kept me updated on the process and next steps.

Interview
This was a 1st interview and it lasted 30 minutes. It was a great session to establish insight to the role and goals of the team and company. I felt confident in making a decision based on a good work environment & cultural fit.
