The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brilliant Earth
Interview
Interview with HR screener was first. Some general questions about background, why seeking new gig, etc. The question about if I'm okay with the vacation blackout in Nov/Dec came up. Also a couple of math questions were asked. Calculate 9.5% sales tax on. $2200 ring; calculate CTR based on numbers they give you. Be prepared to explain your logic on the calculations, proving the answer to the equation isn't sufficient.
Also interviewed with hiring manager and had similar questions with more in depth questions relating to tactics and strategies used. Both interviews were just rapid fire questions, as opposed to a conversation where information can be gleaned. A bit cold for my taste.

Interview
After sending in my resume I had a phone interview with HR, which took about a half hour and was a real give-and-take--she asked a lot about me but also gave me a lot of information about the company and the position. The following week I had an in-person interview with the two people who would be my managers. I appreciated that the interview process didn't stretch out forever, and everybody was very friendly and informative throughout.

She asked me to answer a math question, which was challenging but not ridiculously so.
