Newer company with interesting and lengthy in some regards but refreshing as they ask questions you don’t come across often in the retail world. Enjoyed the process and would recommend.

Navigate the Website and give me information on diamond cuts.
The phone interview was straightforward, lasting about 45 minutes. It included standard behavioral questions commonly asked in interviews. The conversation flowed smoothly and professionally. At the end of the call, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a job offer, which I accepted. Overall, it was a positive experience.
Did 3 interviews and they were fine but the last one with a guy, before the final interview with the CEO, was weird and he didn’t know how to answer when I asked about the diversity in the company and their values about that. Big waste of time bc no offer
