Brink Communications interview questions

While Brink does appear to have great values and seems like a solid place to work the interview process was demanding. They asked interviewees to complete a 3 hour project (with 2 days to turn it around). They also gave a 24 hour notice of a list of 8 additional questions (per interview round, and there were 2). Some of those 8 questions required project specific examples and required a few hours of work (remember, they only gave 24 hours notice). For people who have jobs and other responsibilities, this is not a very accessible request.
