math are brain teasers and some other brain teaser style
personality q's are the ones you would expect
Tough interview
about the same difficulty as other trading interviews
They give you an IQ test and then for the phone screen, they ask about how you would design an elevator algorithm. Overall, I don't see how this would sus out good traders.
