Interview was with the exam department managers , It was in the conference room. The setting was very formal. The team had done their homework and knew my resume before hand. It was not anything technical, they just asked me if I had the required skills, like my experiences in conducting exams and dealing with children under 18,do I have knowledge in handling Excel and other MS Office tools.
