a three-member panel, friendly and approachable, created a comfortable atmosphere. interview questions were shared in advance. they are straightforward and relevant, making the process positive, conversational, and engaging throughout the interview.
Group Interview for a volunteer tour guide position. Primarily focussed on sharing more information about the volunteer role and what it would entail. There were opportunities for us to ask questions about the role and also share more information about ourselves. Then the interview concluded with a short task where we were given a random object within a gallery to give a short talk on.
