CV screening, technical screen, technical deep dive, values fit meeting. 4 steps overall. Done over video, fully remotely. Met leaders of the company. Very transparent and fair interview. Technical challenge was well described and engaging.

During the technical pair programming session they asked me questions about the code as we went.
The recruiter, who also described himself as a kind of a PM, was very rude and disrespectful.
After 2 rounds of interviews, did not have the decency to write back and was very dismissive throughout the process. I would not consider working for a startup that values its potential candidates so little.
