I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Broadleaf (Buffalo, NY)
Interview
The interview process consisted of a quick phone screen with a recruiter and one virtual interview 30-60 minutes long with the reporting manager. They were very quick in the turnaround and I even received the initial outreach from the recruiter an hour after applying. I applied and was hired in less than a week. (Adding the drug panel screening does not include THC in legal states)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about tech savviness and customer service experience. You'll likely get an offer without much recruiting experience but a good background in customer service.

Interview
Thorough and easy. It was easy to crack and I managed to answer most of the questions I was asked. Altogether it was a nice chat with the hiring manager and he's very thoughtful.

Interview
This position required 5 hour long interviews. There was the initial screen with the corporate recruiter, phone interview with the area manager, phone interview with the Position’s direct manager, phone call with another Onsite Program Manager, and then a phone interview with the VP.
After all these interviews, it has been over a month and no one (despite multiple communication efforts via email and LinkedIn) has bother to give feedback either positive or negative. If you interview with them, understand that they don’t have the professional curtesy to you as an applicant after multiple interviews to bother to give you feedback or even a simple yes or no response. Speaks VOLUMES about them as a company.
