Interview
I had a brief phone interview and was invited to their corporate offices to meet with two area managers. After about an hour of discussion that was very open and honest about expectations on both sides we agreed to a second interview. I submitted the required information and paperwork for the background checks and a week later was back for the second interview. This interview included the two area managers as well as the Director of Operations. They asked typical interview questions and also got into specifics about the role of the CM position and how my background applied. When I left the second interview I had full understanding of the expectations for the position as well as a solid appreciation for the culture they were building.

Phone call and office interview. Nothing professional or formal. This company is desperate for anyone foolish enough to work there. There is no background or drug testing. They may ask if you use drugs or a have a record, but they do not investigate it.
