I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brookfield
Interview
Had phone interviews at all levels of the department from out of state. Standard questions for an introductory position, but a big focus on cultural fit. These days, the department has changed and I'm not sure how things would go. I did several interviews while I was there, but almost all were for local folks.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How comfortable are you independently addressing difficult problems? How would you rate your communication skills? What are your biggest must haves in a work environment, and what are your biggest weaknesses?
Long process, take time with candidates. You will interview with almost everyone in the team and you should expect ~5 behaviourals and one weekend case study that you will present to some of the mid-level and senior folks on the team
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Brookfield (New York, NY) in Feb 2024
Interview
Five Rounds of interviews that were pretty technical. Overall enjoyed the process and thought it was engaging. Very long timeline from start to finish going through it was somewhat ambiguous.
