I submitted my application online and was called for an interview two months later. They took about three months to decide and ended up hiring an internal candidate. they already knew they would be going with the internal candidate; however, they interviewed me and a bunch of other candidates in the name of fairness. I request that you stop wasting the time on external candidates if you do not want to hire them.
