Brooks Running interview questions

Was emailed after applying for the job to schedule an interview. The email was clearly AI copy & Paste. It said “schedule an interview time” & below it it said [Insert Interview Link Here]. I didn’t hear back for a day after responding. When the day came for the interview, the interviewer was 10 minutes late. The interview went well, & I was told I would hear back by next week(interview was on a Wednesday.) 2 weeks went by before receiving a rejection email. With 10 years of affiliate marketing experience, & references from inside the company & with their managing affiliate networks, I was shocked to say the least that I wasn’t considered for the next round. Very unprofessional on all levels.

5 step process: 1. online application, 2. general overview and surface level interview with recruiter, 3. interview with hiring manager on details of position, 4. interview with senior team members and questions on integration with team, 5. presentation and panel interview including directior/VP. All interviews were 30-60min.
