They send you a phone call or an email that tells you the location and time of your interview. It's inside the main warehouse and upstairs. Its mostly group interview with a dozen or more other applicants and they spend most of the time telling about the job and the company.

Brief easy interview with no difficult or prequalified questions. They have changed the process since I was first interviewed 4 years ago. Anyone with half an IQ could work for BGC.
