I applied online. About 2 weeks later and received a phone interview and setup a 1:1 interview. During the interview the goal here is to gauge your personality and see if you can talk to a stranger. Also they look for your take on customer service and your experience with it.

Pretty simple, basic questions. Be prepared to speak about skills and availability as well as work history. Interest in gadgets and talking to people is helpful. Flexibility is a plus as you may be asked to do different jobs.
