Brookstone Management interview questions

I spoke with two of the managers and the interview questions were pretty standard. They seemed to be vague with what was expected of me in the role. Also they had a lot of people coming in to interview as well as a ton of new hires which leads me to believe this is a high turnover position they will give to anyone. They told me there would be follow up interviews but when I said I didn't want to take off more time, they offered me the job on the spot which seemed odd.
