First they ask you to do a 30 minute interview by yourself and record it ---- Very uncomfortable. Then a HR rep calls you and wastes an hour of your time talking about diverse when 99% of stakeholders are White. Then the interview with the angry VP. The lady didn't smile at me once, the conversation had zero pleasantries. It was almost like I was wasting her time. Why bother ? After 3 meetings and 3 hours, be respectful of people. Almost felt like Coach Flores. Even if they offered me the job, I would never be able to work for someone like that. If you cant be pleasant on an interview, let someone else do it.
