Meet with the owner and discuss the position. They are looking for previous packaging experience and preferably some business you can bring along. The position is mostly commission based and you are almost functioning as a small business within an office.

Interview
I got the on-site interview invitation shortly after I submitted my resume online. The interview questions were easy, basically introduction on your previous experience. The hiring process was on-site interview directly, the on-site interview took about 30~45 minutes. The hiring manager said it'll take about 2 weeks to contact the candidate if the candidate is selected for the next step in the hiring process.
