Brief. All STAR based questions. How do you deal with conflict. How do you deal with difficult customers. What do you know about the brand. What makes you a good fit.
1. brand hr talks to you around 15 minus
2. brand hr organize group interview, it takes around 30 minus
3. oral offer
4. Talk with brown Thomas manager, they will arrange group training before you start

it was over zoom. it took approximately 30 minutes. Once I passed the initial interview, I had to go through another interview with somebody else to make sure I was qualified I guess.
