BrowserStack Software Engineering Manager interview questions

1. Apparently 3-4 rounds. 2. First round - General round about tech, people and strategy. 3. Second round - 2.5 hours tech coding round. Initial short listing and agressive set up of interviews and calling on weekends and setting up interview processes at 11:30 in the night, no boundaries. If you don’t make it, expect Ghosting by the recruiter w/ no feedback. They are looking for a coder in EM and mostly don’t care about people and processes.
