Reported to the store for the interview. I was unaware that it was a group interview; however, I had a brief moment to mentally prepare for it. Once it was my turn, she started telling me about the job. I stood there smiling and nodding. After she finished explaining what my job responsibilities were, she was pretty much like, "You're hired". Please note it may be more difficult for men applying, as she said she "tries not to hire" them.

It was quite simple, a resume was handed in and a few supplemental questions were asked and training started. There was a trial period for working before getting officially hired.
